Leftover Halloween Candy Recipes

Happy Day-After-Halloween, everybody! I hope you enjoyed your SPOOKY weekend :) I was super excited to give away candy this year (our first year in our own house), but we only had a few trick-or-treaters. Now we're stuck (relative word... I know) with a ton of leftover candy! (Even if you don't have leftover candy, who can resist buying perfectly good discounted Halloween Candy the day after?)

I found these great recipes for using leftover candy after watching The Today Show this morning.

Candy Corn and Pretzel Bark
York Peppermint Pattie Brownies
Dulce de Leche Snickers Terrine
Frozen Reese's Banana Pops

I have to admit I'm most excited to try the Frozen Banana Pops.  I'm usually not a fan of this fruit, but I think candy ought to help! My husband will love coming home to these today!

Have a great day.  And remember: The world is yours to personalize.  Empower your inner decorator!

Love,
S

  2. They turned out really well! We made them when company came over, and everyone had a lot of fun making their own. It was really easy, tasted great, and we had fun. What more could you ask for in a dessert?
