She makes amazing things for her two daughters, but I've heard her complain that it's hard to find cute boy clothes on a budget for her son. Jack is almost 4 and loves trucks, trains, and all things that "go", but seriously, do all boy clothes have to be in navy or hunter green and have a dump truck on it? Time to make that kid some cool clothes! It was also really fun to make boy clothes and play out ideas I've had for my own soon-to-be boy, so they were made with extra, extra love :)
This one has lime green headphones on either side of the neck, and a
really sweet guitar in dark pink diagonally across the font (I don't know why I don't have a picture of that!)
I really wanted him to have some things with fun colors!

This one has the quote "All good things are wild and free." by
Henry David Thoreau in navy blue across the entire front.
My nephew is the sort of kid who is always in the hospital for running into, off of, or onto something,
so I thought it was perfect!
I'm especially excited to make this for my own little boy-- I image he'll be the same way!

When I asked my sister if she had things in mind for him she actually said he'd want something
with a truck! As if he doesn't have enough! But I did take the advice
and come up with this design, which makes it just unique enough to be acceptable ;)
Plus, he keeps asking for his "Truck shirt". That's pretty satisfying ;)
This is why I love having my own vinyl cutter and heat press. I get so much satisfaction out of being able to create my own designs and see them make people happy!
If you want to learn more about using your own vinyl cutter for heat transfer decals feel free to comment with any questions and your email address and I'll get back to you with answers!
We LOVE all of the awesome shirts you made us!
ReplyDeletePS> He only has 1 other truck shirt... :-)
